The Hampshire range of living room furniture from PD Global (not to be confused with our other Hampshire range from Kettle containers) is fully-assembled, contemporary style furniture made from a blond tropical hardwood, Sungkai (latin name Peronema).  Used in its native regions for building construction, Sungkai has a very clean grain similar in appearance to ash.

The grain pattern of the timber suits the styling of the Hampshire furniture range which is very straightforward and uncomplicated - the net result being rather like simple cooking using only the very best ingredients instead of rich, elaborate dishes made with only average ingredients.
