Devonshire French Style Oak bedroom range

Yet another fully-assembled solid oak furniture range from West-Country specialists Devonshire Pine that combines top quality with low prices to offer excellent value.  French style is often taken to mean the flamboyant, highly decorated, Rococo-style of furniture but this range is more typical of the French rural style.  It has less ornamentation but still retains a Gallic flourish, with curved plinths and cornice work.    

Made from finest quality North American Red Oak and featuring dovetailed drawer joints, tongue and grooved drawer bases and cabinet backs; Devonshire’s French Style Oak bedroom furniture is completed with a soft sheen lacquer finish.  Fittings are in an antiqued, brass-effect metal.   

Please note this is a fully-assembled range of quality furniture, although some larger items may be partially dismantled to assist in transport and delivery.  This design feature has been incorporated into many items of quality furniture since the early 19th Century.
