For this reason, we're pleased to offer a 7 day return guarantee in which you can return your purchases to us for a refund.   This policy is in line and beyond all retailers legal obligations to customers under the European Directive on distance selling (Which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). The regulations state that our customers have the unconditional right to cancel orders within 7 working days without having to give us a reason. The 7 working days begin from the day after you receive the goods.   

If you wish to return your purchases in accordance with this regulation, we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods. However, please note that you will be liable for the carriage costs involved in the return of the goods.   

The charge for returning unwanted items will be with the customer at £50 per box, to cover the costs of delivery back to our warehouse. If you decide to cancel your order after we have dispatched the goods, but the carriers have been unable to complete the delivery due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, floods or acts of god), the return delivery charge will be with you at £50 per box.

Your refund will be forwarded to you within 30 days of us receiving the returned items. It is important that the goods are in the original packaging and in the condition in which you received them.   

In the unlikely instance that your items are damaged in transit, please rest assured that we are committed to resolving such matters as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must report any damages by email: aftersales@rightpricefurniture.co.uk  or telephone: 0844 88 00 348. Please be sure to include your order number and SC number from the outside packaging in any correspondence.
