This 5' Low End Bed is from the Evergreen Modica Solid Oak range of oak bedroom furniture. It has a slatted headboard and a low foot end and is made with Solid oak. The Modica Solid Oak 5' Low end Bed is completed with a lacquer finish.

This luxury solid oak 5' low end bed would look great in a contemporary setting whilst the oak gives it a natural feel.The side rails, head and foot ends of this bed are made from solid oak throughout and completed in a tough lacquer finish.

The mattress (not supplied) is supported on wooden slats fixed to the side rails. In its fully assembled form it would be difficult, if not impossible, to deliver this bed into most of the rooms chosen for its use.

It is therefore supplied partially dismantled into four or five major assemblies. This has been a common practice for beds since medieval times.
