The Provence furniture collection is the find for anyone wanting good quality shabby chic at fantastic prices.  This is fully assembled furniture made throughout from Sheesham - a tough Indian hardwood.

Although this furniture is constructed to the highest standards, the manufacturer has then gone to great lengths to create that well worn and aged appearance.  Expect to have areas of the surfaces with excessive varnish and overspray, giving the appearance of repairs over the years.  Characteristics may include flaking paint and rough areas, cracks and surface imperfections.

This is not a perfect looking range, and neither is the finish A1.  This is deliberate, so please do not purchase if you are looking for pristine furniture.  The range appeals to those romantics who wish to furnish their homes in a Bohemian style.

Provence evokes the simple rustic charm of that part of south eastern France nestling between the snow-capped Alps and the warm waters of the Cote d’Azur on the Mediterranean.  In a region where the important things in life are fine food, fine wines and lifelong friendships, furniture is only secondary in importance and is treated as a working tool.  

The Provence range is supplied fully assembled, although larger items may be broken down into component form to facilitate delivery.
