Once your order is complete and we have all the furniture, your order paperwork is then passed to the delivery company. Please note that in our attempts to bring you the customer the lowest possible prices whilst balancing that with our commitment to having a the lowest possible carbon footprint and minimising our impact on the environment, compromises have to be made in certain circumstances with the length of time that you will have to wait before receiving the goods from the delivery company. As a rule the delivery company ship all completed orders within 7-14 days (hower it can take longer) of receiving the paperwork from us, however for Scotland and some more rural areas there can be a slight delay whilst an economic and environmental route is prepared.
We are a very open and honest company, and as such would like to make it clear that we work on very small margins, and that whilst we charge for delivery per order, this is merely a contribution by you the customer towards the overall cost of delivery which is heavily subsidised by ourselves. With the escalation of fuel prices and the importance of maintaining a low carbon footprint, whilst keeping our CO2 levels to the absolute minimum deliveries are structured in the most efficient way possible. A route is built up for a particular area over a number of days, and then once it is economically and environmentally viable that route is despatched. Typically the delivery company will contact you 5-10 days before delivery with a particular day and an AM or PM time slot, if this is not convenient to you, they will contact you with an alternative the next time they are in your area. The drivers will leave on a run on a Monday morning returning either on a Thursday or Friday to reload, and sleep over in their vehicles during the run.
Given the very low trade prices that we supply our products for, we are unable to offer customers the ability to either choose their delivery slots, or weekend deliveries. We hope that you will agree with us that it is a worthwhile compromise to make in order to make the big savings that we offer.
Delivery is to the room of choice provided there is sufficient access, and is undertaken with a minimum of two delivery men.
A Bespoke Installation Service
Almost all Right Price Furniture – except for the self-assembly ranges – is supplied fully built. However, larger items such as beds, wardrobes and dining tables arrive in sections to gain access through confined or restricted spaces (a practice followed by top furniture makers since the 1850s) and door and drawer handles are removed for protection during transportation.
So in addition to delivery to the room of choice, the delivery company also offers a Bespoke Installation Service where, for a scale of charges, customers can specify help with as much, or as little, of the installation process as required. This could be anything from assembly of larger items to the fitting of legs or handles.
Precise requirements and charges for the Bespoke Installation Service can be discussed with our delivery team when they telephone to arrange the delivery appointment.
Packaging will be removed from the furniture on delivery but must be disposed of or recycled by the customer. All local authorities have facilities for disposal of packaging materials.

If you have access to your own transport you are welcome to collect your furniture from our Bridgend furniture shop - just select this option when you are making your online purchase. We are 48 miles along the M4 from the Severn Bridge.
Delivery timescales
When you order your furniture we will be in touch straight away with details about how long your particular item of furniture will take to arrive with us from the manufacturer. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, it is passed on to our delivery company for delivery to you.
Please refrain from telephoning us until the full delivery time quoted has passed – we only follow up orders that are behind schedule and we will contact you if your order arrives sooner than expected.
Despite all the variables, please be reassured that when rightpricefurniture gives you a delivery quote it will be correct 99% of the time. In fact we're so confident in our delivery that if for any reason we are more than 21 days later than the quoted timescale (to our warehouse), your contract with us entitles you to cancel your order and have a full refund. We are the
only furniture company who offers this guarantee.
Inspection
We keep our prices low by trying to be efficient, so please help us by checking your furniture while our delivery team is still present. We regret we cannot return in person to verify any damage or faults discovered later, so would need photographs by email to assist with any such queries.
