At Right Price Furniture, we understand that shortly after you've placed your order, you'll want to know when you can expect it to be delivered. So, for your convenience, we'll assign you a target shipping date when you place your order. (This is the date by which we aim to dispatch your order to our carriers, and is subject to agreeing a suitable delivery date with you).   

For orders of multiple items, the dispatch date will be assigned according to the longest lead time. If multiple orders are placed for the same delivery address, these will automatically be grouped and the dispatch date will again be chosen according to the longest lead time.   

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you confirmation via e-mail. This e-mail will explain the delivery process, which will be dependent on the weight of the items ordered (see below for more details).   

Our free delivery service is provided in one of three ways; please may we ask you to take note of which one your order would fall into:   

Two-man Delivery Service

For larger items or multiple item orders, your furniture will be delivered by our two-man delivery service. The items will be delivered into your home; however the carriers will not unwrap or assemble any items. The items will generally be delivered via a 7.5 tonne vehicle, so please ensure your property is accessible for this size of truck.

The carrier will phone you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date. Delivery will be scheduled within a four hour window so that you do not have to wait in all day wondering when your furniture is going to show up! After a delivery date has been agreed, we will send an e-mail and SMS to confirm the delivery time and date. We’ll even send another text the night before your delivery date, just in case you forget!   

In certain remote areas of the UK our carrier may only operate a few days per month for that area.

Please take this into account before purchasing our furniture as once the items are dispatched from our warehouses the costs involved with return will be with the customer.   

Parcel Courier Service

If your order only contains few items or has a total weight of less than 25KG, we may send your goods using our trusted parcel courier service. But you can still expect to receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent to the courier, and you can expect the items to be with you within 48 hours of dispatch.   

Please note our parcel carrier will not telephone ahead to book the delivery, however if you are not in they will leave a card with a contact telephone number for you to agree a convenient date. This card must be responded to immediately to avoid the item being returned to us and creating an aborted delivery charge.   

Our carriers cannot offer any timed or Saturday drops and this will be a one man door to door service, assistance will be required with lifting the item from the vehicle.   

One-Man Delivery Service

Unfortunately, in the following remote post code areas we will not be able to offer our usual two man delivery service: AB41-45, AB53, AB56, AB99, FA14, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40, IV41-47, IV52-53, IV55-56, IV63, IV99, KW1-3, KW5-14, LD1-8, LL33, LL35-49, LL51-55, LL58-78, PA21, PA28-31, PA34, PH32, PH34-44, PH49, PH50, PL10-18, PL22-35, PL95, SY18-20, SY23-25, SY99, TE12, TR1-20, TR23-27, TR93

Instead, a one man delivery service will be provided and while there is no charge for this service, there will need to be somebody at the property who is able to assist the driver in carrying the goods.  Please note, this delivery is not to room of choice but to first point of entry to the property. The carrier will phone you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Cancellation - Return Charges

If you are unable, for whatever reason, to take delivery of your goods on the confirmed delivery date arranged, you must inform the carriers at least one working day in advance so that another date can be booked. If, through no fault of their own, our carriers cannot gain access on the date agreed, the following return charges will be applied.

• 0 - 0.25 Cubic Metres  - £25 Per Item
• 0.26+ Cubic Metres  - £50 Per Item

Please note that we can only deliver to addresses on the UK mainland.   

RightPriceFurniture.co.uk delivers from our Wiltshire and Gloucestershire distribution depots to mainland GB addresses only. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we will deliver free to a nominated mainland GB address. Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer as is insurance if a third party carrier is used.
