How do I place an order?

How do I place the order online? Once you have found the product(s) you wish to buy, simply click the ‘Add to basket’ button beside the item. If you are ready to buy what you have selected, simply click the ‘Your basket’ symbol at the top of the page. This will take you to our protected buying process that is simple and clear to follow. On completion, you will get a verification email from us to confirm that the transaction and payment have been approved.

How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept almost all credit, and debit credit cards. Our transaction procedure is protected and straightforward so that you feel secure buying with us. On the other hand, we realise that you may not wish to share your credit cards information online; therefore we provide transaction service over the phone too. If you do select to order via phone, please dial 0844 88 00 348 and make sure you have your credit cards information at the ready.

Regarding PayPal customers, if you who would rather use your PayPal account to buy then choose the PayPal choice when you are at the check out. To discuss our Free Finance options, please contact us on 0844 88 00 348.     

Do you provide a guarantee with your furniture? All of our furniture comes with a guarantee in case of the unusual event that we experience a production mistake.       

Where do you deliver to? We provide a delivery service to any location in mainland UK that can be accessed via lorry. *Customers who do not live in areas that fit this specification might have the possibility of their purchase being delivered to a shipping company instead. In this event we implore that you contact us to go over the implications that this can cause on our returns and guarantee policies. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight are unavailable with us at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

When can I expect my delivery? All distribution times are detailed on each product page. We endeavour to deliver all purchases as securely and swiftly as possible. Our Terms & Conditions and individual product pages contain full delivery information. On the odd event delivery will be late due to products no longer being in stock, however if this was ever to occur you would be informed instantly.

At Right Price Furniture we try to be as eco-friendly as possible; therefore all of our deliveries are organised to make sure that we are getting the most fuel effective route. In the situation of more “problematic” places, time of distribution may increase.
What do I need to know about wooden furniture?
Solid wood furniture is the best option for warm, comfortable, and durable products. Other material are either too dark and can make a space seem smaller, or they are too soft and therefore do not last very long. Oak is also a better choice than materials like metal and plastic which can give your house a cold whilst dating pretty quickly. Oak is amazing, however, and with its amazing strength, it will permanently look classic in your home.

Aside from its remarkable quality, oak also has an excellent visual elegance. Beautiful grain patterns give oak its amazing details that are easy yet easily stylish. Its colour is the ideal stability of warm but light, for oak is light enough to not dominate a space yet warm enough to add colour. Like all timber, oak does alter in colour over the decades but this is a very minor and eye-catching change. To see this as a fault of oak is incorrect, for it is one of its most wonderful features.   

An excellent way to help protect and keep your oak furniture in breathtaking condition is to treat it every three months with a beeswax covering. It is natural for wood to crack or split, especially if it has been waxed. An excessive split would be between 2-3mm wide. This can be significantly be decreased via frequent beeswax treatment.      

It is important to remember that no wooden product, such as oak, is immune to discoloration or heat. Putting beverages (hot or cold) and leaked liquids on the items should be prevented at all costs where possible.     

Why can't you deliver my furniture on day I choose?
We plan all of our delivery routes as economically and effectively as possible. This not only helps the environment and allows you to save money, but it decreases the cost you pay significantly. Unfortunately, this does result in us not always being able to deliver on a specified date or a specified time given by you. Where possible, we always try to provide the needs of our customer within the boundaries of our delivery schedule.

Any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from a rescheduling or delay is not our liability if caused by unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.

What furniture products do you sell? At Right Price Furniture we have a range of solid hardwood furniture available that can be sent to your home fully assembled (larger products may have to be delivered in parts for safer delivery, however self assembly is easy).     

Our wide range of furniture contains traditional, rustic, and modern products to make sure that we cater all designs and preferences. We have provided clear search groups to the left side of our website where types of products have been detailed like mattresses, wardrobes, coffee tables, bookcases, dining tables, and sideboards for easier navigation.
Why hasn't my purchase been provided completely assembled?
Large products like wardrobes, beds, and dining tables are usually provided in parts. This is due to the difficult nature of moving bigger and bulkier products that can possibly lead to injury to individuals and the damage of property. To prevent these instances as much as possible, larger products are only partly constructed when delivered. No affect on the quality of the product is brought on by this. It essentially implies that the piece will need building once delivered; this does not include complex manuals but rather a simple and fast process.

What do I need to know about having real wood (oak) furniture?
Even though hardwoods are durable and stronger than softwoods, they are still vulnerable to minor colour variations due to the differences in the taking in nature of its surface.   

Knots are the remains of where one of the tree’s branches was cut when it was cut down and modified into flat timber. Any visible bleeding found on the surface is caused by resin that continues to navigate through the wood even after it was cut. This manifests commonly in solid hardwood furniture and is a natural occurrence.     

Technical issues are regular on the internet due to lighting, modifying, and variations between VDUs (Video Show Units) changing the real colour of a product. Do remember this when viewing photographs of our items for the colour may be slightly different in real life, but still beautiful.

What happens if my purchase comes damaged?
In the unusual event that one of our products is sent to you with damage, we have a team of independent experts to analyse and take care of the problem easily. If your purchase comes damaged then you must report it to us via e-mail or phone within 24 hours of delivery. Either e-mail us at or call 0800 400 2264. Failure to report damaged products within 24hours of delivery will result in the understanding of them being delivered in good condition.
To support your claim of any misuse during delivery you must provide pictures of the product and the damage caused. More information on this issue can be found in our Terms & Conditions.     

Can I cancel my order?
At Right Price Furniture we are positive that all of our customers will be satisfied with the service they receive. However in the odd incident that you are disappointed with your purchase and wish to come return it, we are happy to provide a money-back guarantee if reported within 7 days of delivery (this period will begin the day after the delivery was made).  This means you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without charge; the only liability being for any return carriage costs.

Any faulty, broken, or wrong items delivered should be reported to us immediately. On notifying us of any problems with your item(s), you must give us the S/C number; this can be found on either the item or
the box and is printed on a white-coloured label.   
Please return your item(s) in its original packaging and condition when originally delivered. All items are examined on return. Refunds are issued within 30 days of cancellation.

Are precautions taken to protect my carpet/flooring?
To avoid any damage of your property, protection footwear is necessary for all delivery teams. For health and safety reasons, their shoes cannot be removed when delivering products. Therefore we highly recommend our customers protect their flooring with adequate coverings; we also recommend that any personal belongings that may be in the way of the delivery be put away in case of potential injuries. We are not liable for any damages incurred during delivery that may have been unintentionally caused by our staff during their normal day at work.
