Regency Dressing Table:The Regency range of fully-assembled pine furniture is traditionally-styled and features decorative mouldings and hand carved motifs. Quality features of the range include jointed and glued construction and dovetail joints to drawers.
Its distressed surfaces and rich wax finish create an effect very similar to that of antique pine.
The Regency bedroom range is fully assembled although some larger items such as tables may be partially dismantled to facilitate delivery.

All of our
pine furniture is of a country style design. In order to preserve its rustic “antique” character, no attempt is made to conceal the natural flaw and variations in the pine. For example, small cracks, heavily textured grain, variable colouration of the timber, small blemishes and filled areas are all part of the essential character of this pine furniture.
Pine furniture finishes
Pine furniture is generally available in three types of finish. They are:
1. White or sometimes referred to as raw. Raw means that the pine furniture has no stain or topcoat – just a naturally beautiful look.
2. Lacquered. The pine furniture has been stained to a colour of choice and then a clear lacquer is added. This gives the pine furniture a tougher shell which makes it far more resistant to stains, moisture and scratches. This type of finish is the easiest to maintain and clean for pine furniture.
3. Waxed. Our waxed pine furniture is finished in water-based stain and real wax. Waxed pine furniture will benefit from the occasional application of solid wax furniture polish, particularly in its first few months in your home. The sheen of the surface on the pine furniture will probably increase as you apply and buff more furniture wax. Between wax applications, day-to-day pine furniture cleaning can be carried out with a dry duster.
