CPW Wealden Extending Oak Table Complete with Two Extension Leaves WEA55:The Wealden range is fully assembled solid oak furniture. It enjoys many of the features of good quality furniture including, for example, the use of solid wood panelling to drawer bases and cabinet backs.
Drawers are made with dovetailed joints and use traditional wooden runners. The Wealden range has an oiled finish that enhances the appearance of the wood and has the advantage over lacquered finishes in that it can be refreshed with periodic reapplications of oil.
The bold use of straight lines is very much in line with contemporary styling, yet there is also a hint of Art Deco, particularly in the bookcases, glazed cabinets and dining chairs.
It is a fully assembled range although some larger items such as tables, beds and wardrobes may be partially dismantled to facilitate delivery.

The legs on this dining table are removed for delivery purposes. This makes it easier to move it into the chosen room and also helps reduce the strains imposed on the furniture itself during the delivery process. Re-assembly is a straightforward process and requires only basic tools.
