Devon Chunky Solid Pine Bed 4' 6":This brand new range from one of the country’s leading furniture manufacturers, Devonshire Pine, combines bold contemporary styling with that most traditional of materials, pine.
It has a visual appeal that is supported by an underlying toughness and durability not often found in furniture in the forefront of style.
Despite Devonshire Pine’s modern approach, the company has not overlooked its usual attention to quality. Cabinet backs and drawer bases continue to be made of solid wood and the drawers still employ dovetail joints.
Chunky Pine is a fully assembled apart from some larger items which are supplied in sectional form to allow for delivery.
Important information This bed is a large item of furniture. In its fully assembled form it would be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to gain access with it into most of the rooms chosen for its use. It is therefore supplied partially dismantled into four or five major assemblies. This has been a common practice for beds since medieval times. Re-assembly of this bed is a relatively straightforward procedure requiring only basic tools. If however you require assistance, please tell the delivery service when they contact you to arrange the delivery date. Please note there is a charge for this service.

Pine furniture care: here are some tips from rightpricefurniture. Firstly, place your newly bought pine furniture in the right location: away from direct heat sources (e.g. radiators) or unusually humid locations.
